Steps for Foreign Buyers to Purchase in the U.S.A.
1. Open U.S. Bank Account
a. Complete short 1 page application. Obtain form at www.sandongroup.com/bank
b. Complete W-8Ben form. Obtain form at http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw8ben.pdf
c. Copy of Passport
d. Copy of second official form of identification to verify address and date of birth
e. Scan copy to Rick@SandonGroup.com or fax to 001 813 319 6505
f. Account documents will then be mailed to you to be signed and notarized. Mail back to address provided.
g. Funds to include down payment and reserves will need to be wired into your new account once fully established.
2. Apply for ITIN – Individual Taxpayer Identification Number
a. Process time is 12 – 16 weeks so do right away
b. Form is at http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw7.pdf
c. Include required documents and mail to CPA: Charles
3. Determine your best financing options by completing a no obligation loan application at www.sandongroup.com
a. Complete loan application and credit authorization
b. Complete Patriot Act form
c. “Sign” with digital signature
4. Obtain two credit reference letters from banks
